Mightlings is made by a small team. Write to support@mightlings.app and a person answers — normally within two business days, in English or Turkish.

Tell us your device and its operating system version, and the app version from the bottom of the parent settings screen. It saves a round trip.

Things people ask

The narration stopped when I locked the screen.

It shouldn't. Mightlings keeps playing under a locked screen and puts the story on your lock screen controls. If it stops, check that battery optimisation is not restricting the app (Android: Settings → Apps → Mightlings → Battery) and write to us with your phone model.

Can my child skip to another story?

Only from the clearing, before a story starts. Once a story is playing there is no next button, nothing autoplays, and when it ends the app goes quiet. That is deliberate.

Where are the parent settings?

Press and hold the icon at the top of the screen for about a second, until the ring fills. A short tap says so instead of opening, so a stray touch cannot get in. Sleep timer, narration volume and language are in there.

Does it work without internet?

Yes, once the app has opened once and downloaded its stories. After that it plays entirely from your device.

Is there an account, and what do you collect?

There is no account, and we collect nothing. The privacy policy lists every preference the app stores on your device — six of them — and confirms that none of it reaches us.

How do I delete my data?

Clear the app's storage, or delete the app. There is nothing on our side to delete.

Something in a story is wrong, or a word is mispronounced.

Please tell us which story and roughly where. We re-record and re-align stories, and reports like this are how we find them.

Reporting a safety or privacy concern

Write to privacy@mightlings.app. If you are a regulator or a store reviewer with a question about the app's data handling, use the same address and say so; we answer those first.
